RealTracs Goes Green

It’s cool that Realtracs (the MLS for Nashville and Middle Tennessee) just added a bunch of new “green features” options. Before, I had to select “Finished Wood” for floor type, but now I can be more specific— “Bamboo/Cork”—and I’m now able to specify “Cellulose Insulation” and “Energy Star Windows” under “Energy (Green) Features.” I hope they’ll continue tweaking this. For example, “Struct. Insul. Panels” is a new option under “Construction,” but I decided not to select it since we only used SIPS for the roof. If anybody with Realtracs is listening, it would be helpful to be able to make multiple selections for “Construction.”
